Welfare Information

NOVA Centurion work in accordance with the Swim England Child Safeguarding Policies and Procedures, where all children involved in the club have the right to stay safe and have fun. Amongst other things sport develops physical skills, self-esteem and the ability to be a team player, as well as providing an opportunity to achieve individual success.

This online form is designed to report any welfare concerns within our club. All concerns will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our safeguarding policies, as well as Swim England’s Wavepower guidelines.

Welfare concerns should be raised if you are aware of, or have witnessed, any incidents of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, neglect, bullying, or harassment involving any of our members.
